Rice has been the family business since our great-grandfather farmed rice in Louisiana in the 1920s; but it wasn't until 1981 that our dad, Darby Doguet, put a rice dryer and mill together in Beaumont, Texas, and called it Doguet's Rice Milling Company.  We are the first certified organic rice mill in Texas.  Thanks to our climate and geography, we produce some of the best rice in the world.

Our products include: Enriched Long Grain White & Brown Rice,  Medium Grain Rice, Organic White & Brown Rice, Organic Basmati Rice in White or Brown, Conventional & Organic Rice By-Products and our Old Fashioned Cajun-Style Roux.
