The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) drives economic growth and community development for the City of Pflugerville. Established as a Texas Type B Economic Development Corporation, the PCDC is funded through a dedicated one-half cent sales tax collected on taxable goods purchased within the City of Pflugerville.
